WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
How to formally withdraw, request a refund, or re-book a course
Students and companies are responsible for all courses registered until a formal withdrawal is made within the refund deadline. Please review the policy below carefully before submitting a cancellation request.
1) STANDARD CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS
Students must formally withdraw by contacting AT Safety Training at least 24 business hours prior to the class start time. Withdrawals can be submitted via email to admin@atsafetytraining.ca.
Students and companies are responsible for all courses registered until a formal withdrawal is made within the refund deadline.
2) RE-BOOKING OPTION
A one-time re-booking is permitted within the 24-hour window in extenuating circumstances, subject to a $75 re-booking fee. This option requires a discussion with our office — please call (780) 417-3777.
3) CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION
All cancellations will receive a confirmation email verifying that the course has been cancelled. This email is required to process any refund.
4) IMPORTANT NOTES
- Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal and results in 100% payment loss.
- Unsuccessful course completion is ineligible for refunds; a course redo is available at reduced or original pricing.
5) SPECIAL EXCEPTION COURSES (5 BUSINESS DAYS)
The following courses require 5 business days prior notice for a refund. Missing this deadline means the full course fee becomes non-refundable.
