Course Overview

The Flagging (Traffic Control Person) course provides Alberta-compliant certification for workers who direct traffic in construction zones, roadwork areas, and industrial sites.

Traffic control persons play a critical role in protecting workers and the public in work zones. This course covers the Alberta Traffic Control Manual requirements, proper signaling techniques, sign placement, and communication procedures to ensure safe traffic flow through work areas.
