Course Overview
Skid Steer training provides foundational instruction for operators who use skid steers for material handling, grading, and general site tasks. The course emphasizes manoeuvring in tight spaces, attachment selection and use, hazard awareness, and safe operation in congested work areas.
The program combines classroom theory with a hands-on practical evaluation, with focus on pinch points, lift arm hazards, rollover prevention, controlled speeds, and attachment changeover procedures.

To receive certification, participants must: Attend and participate in all course components Successfully demonstrate safe operation during the practical evaluation Complete the knowledge check as directed by the instructor
Certification
Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion that is valid for 3 years.
